Next to the story about free public beta testing of MAG we published earlier:
The official blog of MAG annonced that before the official beta testing will be over this Saturday midnight, they are putting on a contest betwenn the beta testers and MAG developers (Zipper team) tomorrow (Friday) evening.
"This Friday evening on December 4, multiple Zipper squads will be waiting for you on the MAG servers representing all three of the game’s PMC Factions (Raven, S.V.E.R., and Valor). All you have to do is log on when the time is right, join a queue, and look for players with the clan moniker [ZIP] to see if you have what it takes to beat us — it’s that simple."
Schedule for the game is as following:
- Pacific: 6pm-8pm
- Mountain: 7pm-9pm
- Central: 8pm-10pm
- Eastern: 9pm-11pm
- Hawaii: 4pm-6pm
- Alaska: 5pm-7pm
For those not registered yet for the beta - it is still open for sign-up.
Our take: MAG's graphics is not so detailed and great as Call of Duty is, but the idea of only live (and so many) players taking part kind of compensates for that.
