Summary:
 Integrates nicely with iTunes, and iPhotos, while it also supports internal media library. Allows copying files from Mac to PS3.
One of the few media servers initially designed specifically for Mac OS, so it might also be one of the stable ones.
Still it lacks many features available in other media servers.

Our take:
While 2.0A1 release was reported as broken by many users, the previous releases seem to be very stable. Certainly an option for Mac OS fans. If you are not willing to pay for it, other options are on the table to be checked, like PS3 Media Server.
